Refund policy

We want you to love your gift. Here is how returns work at Hearth & Gift.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you do not need to send anything back.

Changed your mind: you can return unworn items in their original box within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
