Shipping policy

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time: each order is packed to order and leaves our US fulfillment partner within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time: standard shipping usually arrives 3-7 business days after dispatch. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Cost: standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Christmas delivery: order by December 10 for the best chance of delivery before December 25. Carrier delays can happen in December, so we cannot guarantee holiday delivery dates.

Late or lost packages: if your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us at zahab@luckyayannllc.net and we will make it right.
